The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of Perceived Organizational Support on Intention to Stay among Generation Z employees in Surabaya, Indonesia and Work Engagement as well as Employee Well- Being are taken as mediator. The research a quantitative approach with purposive sampling, conducted on 147 respondents who satisfied the following requirements: were part of Generation Z (born between 1995-2012) and worked at least two years. A survey questionnaire conducted through a structured questionnaire with five-point Likert scaling was also performed and the data were analyzed by Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) Partial Least Square (PLS) in SmartPLS 4.0. The results reveal that Perceived Organizational Support has a positive and significant influence on Work Engagement and Employee Well-Being. Work Engagement and Employee Well-Being are also both significantly related to Intention to Stay. Furthermore, perceiving organizational support and manpower planning simultaneously mediate the relationship between Perceived Organizational Support and Intention to Stay. Those discovery suggest when Gen Z employees are supported, engaged and well, they will stay in an organization. This paper demonstrates the role of organizational support and psychological factors in promoting retention of young employees.
