In recent years, cafes have shifted from simply places to enjoy food and drinks to multifunctional spaces that support a variety of social and professional activities. This change is influenced by the increasing public demand for comfortable alternative spaces for working, studying, discussing, and collaborating, especially after the pandemic. The main challenge in this redesign was how to create an interior design for the Ring Cafe that could accommodate the concept of an interactive collaborative space to meet the needs of various users, such as remote workers, students, and creative communities. This redesign aims to create an ergonomic, functional, and inspiring environment, thereby increasing productivity, comfort, and the quality of interactions between visitors. The design method used is design thinking, which consists of four main stages: empathize, define, ideate, and prototype. The results of the redesign process show that flexible layout arrangements, optimal lighting, and the use of ergonomic furniture significantly contribute to creating an atmosphere that supports work effectiveness and visitor comfort. This design is expected to make the Ring Cafe a primary choice for those seeking a productive and inspiring informal workspace.
