In this paper, the writers are interested in conducting research about human resources and focusing on worker turnover. Chapter one contains the study's background, the study's problem, the purpose of the study, the significance of the study, scope, and limitations which are the introduction of this paper. A review of related background is a review of the theories which are used in analyzing the data. Chapter three contains data that is needed for the analysis based on the ideas presented before. Chapter four is the conclusion of all comments and some suggestions to solve the problem in the company.
