Optimizing Brand Guidelines Digital Handbook: Integrating Technology to Enhance Interactivity for Company’s Agency Partners

This thesis explores technology that able to optimize a brand guidelines handbook digitally by integrating interactive elements. By doing extensive research with Brand Studio team and agency partners, key issues were identified, proving that this project emphasizes the need for an effective, efficient, interactive, and engaging handbook. Through data from desk research, interviews, meetings, questionnaires, quizzes, and observation, targeted solutions were developed. By refining the existing brand.ses.com platform, the aim is to facilitate collaboration between the Brand Studio team and agency partners. With a test group consist of 4 members of the Brand Studio team and 8 first-time users, the refined digital handbook increased 63.05% of effectiveness and 31.63% of efficiency for delivering the content and enabling user to have a brand connection with SES brand. Ultimately, the findings highlight the impact of interactive elements such as buttons and video tutorials that can boost engagement.
