External kanban implementation for motion and drives manual book at PT Schneider Electric Manufacturing Batam

On this project we implemented the external kanban for decreasing the
Days of Inventory (DIN) in Schneider Electric Manufacturing Batam (SEMB).
This implementation is considered as one of the inventory management projects
as well as the just in time project in the SEMB. As the result of this project, the
DIN is decreased from the starting point condition.
