The background of this research is the increasing number of unemployment in Indonesia over the recent years. The existing data shows that part of the unemployed is contributed by bachelor’s degree graduates. This research investigated the relationship between internship environmental factors, reflective thinking, and career intention among undergraduates in the Faculty of Business and Economy or Management who have taken an internship program in East Java. This research involved 180 respondents, employing a quantitative approach. Research data was collected through online questionnaires and analyzed using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS) as the analytical tool. The results show that internship environmental factors have a positive and significant effect on habitual action, understanding, reflection, and critical thinking. Furthermore, internship environmental factors, habitual action, and critical thinking have a positive and significant effect on career intention, while understanding and reflection have a negative and non-significant effect on career intention.
