This thesis introduces a novel compensation framework leveraging the Shapley Value and Promethee Preference Function Scale to address performance evaluation challenges at PT. XYZ is a leading industrial gas company in Indonesia. The proposed model aims to enhance fairness and accuracy in employee compensation by objectively assessing individual contributions relative to their team performance. By standardizing diverse Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) using and employing cooperative game theory principles, this framework ensures compensation distribution aligned with organizational goals. A bootstrap method is utilized to mitigate data limitations, enhancing the robustness of contribution evaluations. Results reveal a significant right-skewed distribution in contributions across roles. This framework provides a scalable solution for performance evaluations and serves as a foundation for future enhancements in HR practices.
