The increasing trend of exhibition industry in Surabaya is a sign for event
organizers know how to compete in order to survive in this industry. This research
aims to know factors that influencing exhibitor satisfaction in participating an
exhibition in Surabaya using multiple regression model. In this research the writer
will use two main theories which are the 5P of event marketing (product, price,
place, public relation, and positioning) and exhibitor objective participate in an
exhibition. The writer will use simple random sampling and will distribute
questionnaires to the exhibitor. This research suggests that positioning and the
objective of exhibitor participating an exhibition have significant influence toward
the exhibitor satisfaction. On the other band, product, price, place, and public
relation does not have significant influence toward exhibitor satisfaction.
