PT Schneider electric manufacturing batam and new warehouse design with lean warehousing approach

This paper describes the warehouse project moving PT. Schneider ElectricManufacturing Batam from lot 13A to lot 04 and lot 208. The intentions of thepaper are to knowing disadvantages and advantages after warehouse projectmoving has done that can reduce space and balance all activities process inwarehouse. The effort for identifying the company and it has a significant impactso that decrease cost, reduce space and avoid of discrepancy.
