This creative thesis is written in the form of a screenplay, aiming to explore the impact of childhood trauma on interpersonal relationships, specifically romantic relationships. This thesis explores how unresolved childhood trauma can cause a person to become a hyper-independent person. Using John Bowlby's Attachment Theory, this thesis analyzes the attachment style that becomes the main cause of hyper-independence. The result shows that this condition is caused by an avoidant attachment style experienced by the person during childhood. Moreover, the person is also avoiding others as a result of this condition. In the creative work, the main character becomes hyper-independent because she suffers from avoidant attachment that she developed from her broken family. Her hyper-independence results in avoiding and even assassinating her husband and mother in law.
