In this competition, teams of 2-3 members, comprising 1-2 designers and 1 model, will create garments using provided fabric that can transform into 2 different looks. Participants are limited to use fabric tying, pinning, and hand-sewing techniques in their designs.

- 12 - 25 years old
- Junior and Senior High School Students, Active College Students, and Public
