Hoch dan Loewenstein mendefinisikan Keadaan psikologis emosional
konsumen yang sedang berbelanja di department store sangat mempengaruhi
mereka untuk melakukan pembelian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui
pengaruh emotion, hedonic pleasure, cognitive dan affective terhadap pembelian
impulsif di SOGO department store di Plasa Tunjungan Surabaya. Penelitian ini
menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini dengan non
probability sampling dan didapat sebanyak 200 responden. Analisis data dalam
penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana. Dari hasil analisa
data dengan menggunakan regresi linier sederhana diperoleh bahwa emotion,
hedonic pleasure, cognitive dan affective berhubungan searah dan berpengaruh
positif terhadap pembelian impulsif di SOGO department store di Plasa
Tunjungan Surabaya.
