Consumer attitudes take a big role as an evaluation in determining a company?s
marketing performance. As a company which deals with financial service, the 7P's would
be the base of applying and evaluation. These factors are the primary factors in which
buyers? experience. Insurance company which is able to bring satisfying experience to
the customers will achieve a great brand name. The writers made use of the multiattribute
attitude model the attitude of customers and future potential prospects. Derived from the
results, it is concluded that PT AIG LIFE has not been able to gain great attitude
evaluations from most of the customers. Most of the customers have neutral attitude
towards AIG.
