Kualitas layanan internal diyakini menjadi kunci penting bagi perusahaan
untuk dapat meningkatkan loyalitas dan kepuasan karyawan, maka dari itu tujuan dari
penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara kualitas layanan internal
terhadap kepuasan karyawan di Club House Dian Istana. Hasil dari penelitian ini
menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel-variabel bebas kualitas
layanan internal (kerja sama, kesesuaian terhadap pekerjaan, kesesuaian terhadap
teknologi) terhadap kepuasan karyawan. Secara parsial, variabel kerja sama- lah yang
paling berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan karyawan di Club House Dian Istana.
