Evaluating HRM practices in PT. Jangkar Pacific and the influence on employee?s motivation and dependency [permalink]

Small and Medium Enterprises has less formal/weak HRM Practice
applied. These companies are not focusing on the human resources problems in
enhancing their performance. However, every division in a company holds an
equal importance level. This report finds that weak HRM practice lead to human
resources problems in the company. Both primary and secondary data are used in
completing this report. Last but not least, the company should develop a well-planned
HRM practice that is suits the company?s need in order to stay
competitive.
