Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh ciri kepribadian terhadap orientasi
konsumen di PT. Pos Indonesia Cabang Surabaya Pusat. Dalam penelitian ini
digunakan data primer yang diambil langsung kuesioner sebanyak 170 responden
di Surabaya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ciri kepribadian yaitu
extraversion, emotional study dan conscientiousness berpengaruh terhadap
orientasi konsumen.
