Nowadays the development of paper industry is following the growth of the
population. The demand for paper becomes bigger and bigger, the competition
between paper producers in the world become tougher because of the technology that
equally distributed. The way to gain the market share is by maintaining the old
customers and attracts the new customers. High quality is everything to compete in
the international market, but even a company with a system is not always can obtain
good quality without concerning the problem in the organization management and the
human resource management.
Writer found a lot of small problems in the two management systems that
affecting the products? quality of Yalong Paper Product through observation and
interview. Communication error between departments, flow of hierarchy, motivation
and loyalty of employees, and decision-making process between cost and quality are
the main problems that writer will discuss in this short report.
Trade of between cost and quality should be equal. And making a good
quality always needs cost.
