This report is going to discuss about problem, which is based on the writer?s observation that occurred between service and kitchen in Rasa Senang Restaurant. The problems occurred because there is a lot of differentiation between kitchen staff and service staff. The writer tried to solve the problems or
the conflict with Total Quality Management approach, because with this approach the Rasa Senang Restaurant has a lot of benefit, like increasing the employee performance.
To know what kind of problems that Rasa Senang Restaurant has, the writer tried to conduct some observation, this observation take place in kitchen areas and service areas, and the writer tried to collect the restaurant revenue?s report to know how far the strategy of Rasa Senang Restaurant has done.
At the end of this report the writer tried to solve the conflict in Rasa Senang Restaurant, which is based on Total Quality Management approach, and the writer hope that with the solving problems it can minimize the conflict which is appeared in Rasa Senang Restaurant.
