This Final Assignment Report is about the effect of the implementation of
AFTA which are going to have a great impact on Indonesia?s automobile industry
or to Honda on particular. The implementation of AFTA is expected to have an
impact on several factors in the car industry of Indonesia, not only that it will
change the price of cars but it will also lead to an increase of competition.
Increase in rivalry will force the players in the automobile industry to be more
aggressive in winning the customers. Now the question is whether Honda
Indonesia already prepared for such kind of competition. This is the question that
will be answered in this FAR Effective marketing and promotion strategies will
be needed, and not only that, the quality of Human Resources will also need to be
trained in order to understand the market demand and characteristics better, in that
way customers satisfaction will be met.
