Carrefour merupakan hypermarket terbesar kedua di dunia yang
mengembangkan usahanya di Indonesia, dimana Carrefour berada di Surabaya
masih tergolong baru. Oleh karena itu ingin dilihat pembentukan sikap konsumen
pria dewasa, wanita dewasa, dan remaja yang berbelanja di Carrefour, ditinjau
dari harga, fasilitas, kelengkapan barang, kenyamanan, keamanan, pelayanan, dan
pengaruh kelompok referensi. Hasilnya semua konsumen Carrefour terbentuk
sikapnya, dengan konsumen pria dewasa yang sikapnya terbentuk paling baik.
