Change management becoming a very important issue nowadays, the
momentum of change continues to build and every people and organization should be
well prepared for ongoing change in order to survive in the global and competitive
world Change can be happen in every layer of life, institution and organization and
that is why people have to learn to adapt, to change, gracefully in order to catch up
with the globalization competitively. Change has a strong relation with the "people"
issues, it starts from each individual on how they perceive a change, and embrace the
change as an opportunity to creating something great. As a matter of fact,
organization must have a big and clear of the concept as people can clearly see the
big picture and concept and start to believe and act and embrace the change
successfully to survive and become the competitive one.
