There are numerous companies who do not realize the importance of its
Human Resource Department and thus fail to maximize its functions in the daily
operations. This is caused by the lack of attention companies pay to their HRD,
assuming that it does not contribute any significant values to companies in
achieving their objectives.
In completing this report, the writer uses both primary and secondary data.
The writer finds that human resource department is not functioning efficiently.
The HRD in a company is not to be ignored otherwise it may lead to the
company?s inability to maximize its competitiveness.
To overcome this issue, a company needs to implement Total Quality
Human Resource Management and Strategic Human Resource Management.
