Analisa pengalaman, harapan, dan persepsi female shopper terhadap shopping mall di Surabaya [permalink]

Di Surabaya saat ini banyak terdapat shopping mall, sehingga tingkat
persaingan semakin tinggi. Karena persaingan ini, pusat perbelanjaan berusaha
mendapatkan konsumen. Penelitian ini mengambil responden female shopper
yang menurut peneliti dapat memberikan masukan-masukan yang sangat
berharga. Penelitian ini mencoba mengidentifikasi atribut - atribut shopping mall
yang ideal menurut female shopper dan mengetahui harapan dan persepsi dari
female shopper terhadap shopping mall di Surabaya. Tunjungan Plaza ( TP ),
Supermal Pakuwon Indah ( SPI ), dan Galaxy Mall ( GM ) sebagai tolak ukur
dalam mengetahui persepsi tersebut. Hasil penelitian ini adalah persepsi masih
berada di bawah harapan.
