PT Prospek Manunggal Era Industri is a company that sells marble, slabs and rattan
furniture. The company not only sells product but service such as time delivery and the
quality of the products as the services. Therefore, the company should have a well
managed management. There are problems that might occurred which will disadvantaged
the company performance such as mi scommunication. Communication is a way to
deliver and receive information between employees and divisions. The flow can be
upward, downward, and also horizontal communication. In order to minimize the
mistakes the company should use a proper channel to deliver the messages. An
appropriate channel is required for each division to smoothen the company?s
performance. Miscommunication could occur in the company because of incorrect
filtering and messages overloaded. Inside the division, miscommunication could happen
because of incorrect filtering and closed or inadequate communication climate.
