Penelitian ini disusun untuk mendiskripsikan elemen-elemen jasa pada
kepuasaan pelanggan, mendiskripsikan perkembangan perusahaan dan hubungan
pengaruh kualitas layanan terhadap kepuasaan konsumen di bengkel Star Service.
Populasi adalah tidak diketahui. Tahap analisis data menggunakan model regresi
linear berganda seri program SPSS versi 13.00.
Dari hasil regresi linear berganda , penulis menemukan bahwa adanya
pengaruh dari kualitas layanan terhadap kepuasaan pelanggan pada bengkel star
Service.
